Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients
- Build trusted relationships with HR, Learning & Development, Transformation, Innovation and business leaders
- Introduce ORELIS programs and communicate their business value clearly
- Lead and contribute to prospective client conversations and meetings
- Develop opportunities through thoughtful, professional follow-up
- Represent ORELIS at relevant meetings, events and business conversations
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout the client relationship
Profile sought
We are looking for a commercially minded professional with strong B2B relationship-building skills, excellent communication and the confidence to engage senior corporate decision-makers. You should be proactive, credible and comfortable developing opportunities in a relationship-driven business environment. Experience in B2B sales, business development, professional services, corporate learning or related sectors is highly valued. An existing professional network in the relevant market is an advantage.
Candidates must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the ability to attend in-person client meetings and business events when required. An existing professional network in the UAE is an advantage.
