• Deliver ORELIS programs for corporate client teams
• Facilitate engaging, hands-on sessions focused on participation and workplace application
• Adapt examples and delivery to the client's business context while maintaining ORELIS quality standards
• Create a professional, inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Represent ORELIS to a consistently high standard throughout the client experience
• Share insights from delivery to contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs

Profile sought

We are looking for an experienced facilitator who combines strong communication skills, business credibility and practical knowledge of AI. You should be confident leading groups of professionals, explaining concepts clearly and creating an environment where participants feel comfortable experimenting, contributing and learning by doing. Experience in corporate training, facilitation, consulting, learning and development, or another client-facing professional environment is highly valued.
